This Privacy Policy explains how Think North Consultancy Services (“TCS Patna”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use our website, engage our business services, or apply to paid student programs (internships, counseling, placement assistance, entrepreneurship).

We primarily operate in India and process data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP). Where relevant, we also note rights under the EU/UK GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA.

  • Contact: name, email, phone, city, company (if provided).
  • Program/Application: chosen track, mode, duration, start date, consent.
  • Payments: transaction metadata from gateway (we don’t store full card/UPI details).
  • Usage/Device: pages viewed, referrers, approximate location, device/browser identifiers (via cookies/analytics).
  • Communications: messages sent via forms, email, WhatsApp, or phone.

3) How We Use Data

  • Provide and improve our website and services.
  • Process applications, admissions, invoicing, and confirmations.
  • Deliver support, counseling, placements, and outcomes.
  • Send necessary service communications (e.g., updates, receipts, certificates).
  • Run analytics/marketing as permitted by law and consent.

4) Legal Basis / Consent

Services are intended for individuals aged 13+ (or local minimum). For minors in student programs, parental/guardian consent may be required.
